
Development of a communications strategy for the Fair Cobalt Alliance

The TDi Communications Team was asked to produce a business development-led communications strategy for the Fair Cobalt Alliance, including the development of a toolkit of assets, updated brand guidelines, and analysis and improvement of current activity.
Scope of work
- Review of existing assets and progress to date and identification of gaps and potential areas for growth.
- Updates and improvements to existing FCA website
- Updating and refinement of the FCA’s brand guidelines
- Creation of a business development-led marketing strategy to boost engagement across all channels
- Consolidating a practicable digital software toolkit to ensure that unified branding across website, social and collateral can be maintained.
- Development of project budget
- Establishment and maintenance of KPIs to measure success of the strategy.
- Exploration of opportunities for client and partner collaborative messaging to boost reach and engagement.
