Supply chain risk mapping for a metal manufacturing corporation
TDi collaborated with a multinational metal manufacturing corporation to assess the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks associated with its material supply chain from mine to plant.
The objective was to systematically identify, analyse, and present these risks and to evaluate opportunities for intervention or alternative sourcing strategies to mitigate or manage critical risks.
