Specialist ESG Auditors and Assessors

We are expanding our talented pool of experienced ESG assessors and auditors to support upcoming sustainability assessments, with particular interest in professionals based in South Korea, Germany and the US.

These are ESG and sustainability assessments – not financial audits –  and we are particularly interested in professionals who bring a combination of strong audit skills, sector expertise and knowledge of responsible business practices.

We are especially interested in auditors with:

• A relevant university degree or equivalent professional qualification
•  At least five years’ relevant professional experience across areas such as environmental management, occupational health & safety, labour and social issues, human rights or supply chain due diligence
• Direct experience in mining, smelting, refining, battery manufacturing, recycling or related industries, with an understanding of the sustainability risks and practices relevant to mineral and lead battery value chains
• Demonstrated audit experience, including applying ISO 19011 principles and a risk- and evidence-based approach
• Experience conducting interviews, evaluating objective evidence, reaching independent conclusions and producing clear assessment reports
• Experience with recognised responsible sourcing, mining or sustainability standards and assurance frameworks is highly desirable – for example Copper Mark, IRMA or comparable schemes
• Local language and cultural knowledge, alongside professional English, is particularly valuable
• Availability for assignments from October onwards, including October, November and December
