OECD Due Diligence Essentials Series

TDi researched and wrote a series of reports to support companies in translating responsible business conduct expectations into practical, sector-specific action in line with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

For each assigned sector, TDi conducted structured desk research and, where required, interviews with businesses, industry associations and other key stakeholders, producing reports of 13–17 pages covering:

Common salient environmental and social impacts associated with the sector and its value chain

Key sector characteristics with implications for due diligence approaches (value chain visibility, leverage, control points, conflict-affected areas)

Top challenges and opportunities for companies implementing responsible business conduct

A review of authoritative standards and guidance for the sector.
